Okay, okay...
You've reminded me that yes, in general the clothing options for girls ARE a lot more varied than for boys. (Although, we hardly ever put her in the cute rompers and rarely in dresses--again, not so practical for grubbing around on the concrete.) We can all debate whether the pink princess shit is better or worse than the endless sports/transportation/pirates/etc. at some other time.

Pirates I don't mind so much. Bugs and lizards? Awesome Monkeys? The most awesome ever! Sports and Tractors? Not so much.
Princess stuff is equally as bad as the sports stuff.
I think depending on what age group you're in, there's always something gay looking for each gender.

Have you had any luck finding capris in her size? I have a 2 1/2 yr old boy who is "all boy." Right now, both knees are healing, as well as scratches up the back of one leg, and the back side of one arm.
I think we all "covet" what we don't have. Moms of boys want more than sports and cars. Moms of girls want more than pink and princesses. sigh...
Yikes, too much princess stuff...yeah I could see how that could be bad too. My mom used to put me in dresses and I would scream til she took them off. She put me in pants and I loved in. I swear I was the biggest tomboy. I wonder if I have a girl if they'll be the same :-)
